Development of a collective workshop programme that meets the professional needs of the group. In these workshops, the students develop a broader perspective on their (future) profession.
After 4 start-up meetings the students continue with a study group, aimed at developing a responsible attitude as a designer of the personal study programme, contributing to the development of the master competences.
Relation to other modules
The chosen programme content and (guest) instructors should relate to the students’ study plans. Classes and activities in the individual route and research group meetings feed the activities in the collective program and vice versa.
Content
The collective program is drawn up in September and comprises a series of compulsory collective activities in the form of lectures, workshops and productions. The activities are organized by the students themselves supervised by the coach, including everything applicable between idea and conclusion, such as negotiating about, making all necessary arrangements concerning and wrapping up matters with third parties. In 4 designing days the student designs in cooperation with fellow-students a series of 6-10 workshops, master classes and other group activities. The topics relate to the student's professional practice. During the study year the students will meet up in study group meetings for evaluation and intervision.
\
The activities carried out are evaluated at the end. The students write brief evaluations about:
- the 4 start-up meetings and the design of the collective programme.
- the 6 study groups.
- their self-produced workshops and masterclasses.
During the meetings and study groups, students are free to give feedback. This also provides input for potential changes in the set-up of the collective program. Important matters are discussed within a core team.
