Aims
Knowledge and understanding:
Explain the five phases of production
and the role of an organizing producer.
• Understand planning tools (Excel, Trello, Eisenhower Matrix) and their application in production management.
• Describe different funding models, including crowdfunding, sponsorship, and public/private funding.

Skills & Application
• Develop a production budget, ensuring financial feasibility and risk assessment.
• Create a venue acquisition plan, including booking strategies and deal negotiation.
• Design and implement a promotional strategy across digital and traditional platforms.
• Construct a technical rider and manage logistical aspects for artist requirements.
• Apply crisis management techniques to solve last-minute production challenges.
• Execute a post-event evaluation, including financial reconciliation and stakeholder reporting.

• Demonstrate effective stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
• Apply self-management tools to enhance personal organization and efficiency.
