Prerequisites
Completion of ArtEZ Big Collective 2. This subject can only be followed on-campus. The ArtEZ Big Collective is compulsory for first, second and third year students of the main subjects cello, clarinet, flute, saxophone, trombone, trumpet, viola and violin and an elective for the students of those main subjects in the fourth year. All other students have to pass an audition before joining the ArtEZ Big Collective. Desirable line-ups are also taken into account in the admission process; some main subjects may have more or less opportunity to join in a given year for this reason. Anyone interested in choosing ArtEZ Big Collective as an elective is advised to contact the instructor(s) leading the orchestra as early as possible, preferably long before the beginning of the process of choosing the electives for the next academic year.
