Admitted to Bachelor Jazz & Pop or Composition for Film and Theatre. This subject can only be followed on-campus.

Content
Starting with the very basic mat exercises for the core and limbs, the students will
become aware of how they use their different muscle groups and how to become more efficient about their movement. They will be fully focused in their body due to very specific corrections and cues, constantly paying attention to the body alignment. They will learn exercises that can be done at home by themselves, so they can keep practicing and building a healthier and stronger body.

Individual training sessions and 1 group session.

ArtEZ will provide a mat and the teacher some props if necessary.
