Dissemination
Pass requirements
The module is completed when the student has been awarded with Sufficient or Excellent.
This means that all the main criteria must be at least Sufficient.
Examination procedure
The assessment panel consists of the own research coach and a second research coach.
Students hand in a digital version of the research report. When they do, they are immediately scheduled for an oral exam
Immediately following the oral defense, the assessment based on the rubrics in Unsatisfactory, Satisfactory or Excellent is announced and clarified to the student.
The substantiation of the judgment is given for each main criterion on the assessment form.
Resit options
When no report has been handed in or when the rating is 'unsatisfactory' the student has a 2nd chance to hand in a revised version of the report and then will be scheduled for an oral exam again.
Module summary
Students research their own question, topic or theme within their own artistic (making) process and ensure both in the report and oral defense that all steps are made followable and transparant.
